RENEWAL ADVICE & SUPPORT – Provide independent support during the renewal process without unnecessarily disrupting current agent/broker relationship accessing extensive professional experience in various industries throughout various underwriting cycles. This can be entirely “back room” or in cooperation with your team.

IMPLEMENTATION SUPPORT – Provide ongoing support to ensure programs are implemented according to plan/proposal with regular communication to you.

ONGOING SUPPORT – Provide insight into open and developing issues to assist in providing a professional approach to insurance/risk management/operational issues that concern you and/or your management team.

LOSS ANALYSIS – Provide insight and analysis of expected losses including loss trends, frequency analysis, loss development, etc.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE COMMUNICATION – Assist with preparation for key presentations such as Board of Director presentations.  LPR is available as an expert presenter for meeting presentations, to provide background information, or to champion a cause.

PROGRAM REVIEW – Independent review and comment regarding current program – including review of binders, summaries, policies, certificates of insurance, etc. to compare to agent/broker proposal

OPEN CLAIM REVIEW – Review open claims to determine status; work with current claim handlers to establish action items to bring claims to resolution.

LOSS PREVENTION/SAFETY – Assist with understanding safety/loss control issues identified by carriers' loss control experts to help prioritize recommendations.

INTERMEDIARY – Provide a “buffer” in difficult negotiations as a neutral expert advisor.

EXPERT WITNESS AND CONSULTING WITNESS – Provide expert testimony on selected cases involving corporation, insurer, and/or broker issues.

SPECIAL PROJECTS – Provide project management or project team expertise, support and  manpower for complex issues, acquisitions, divestitures, etc.

OTHER – Provide general expertise, support, and manpower in all aspect of risk and ?insurance management.
